Simple steps to request removal of your personal data.

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data from KBT systems, please follow the instructions below.
Send an email to: karyabersamateknindo@gmail.com
Subject line: “Data Deletion Request – [Your Name/Company]”
Please include:
- Your name/company name
- The phone number and/or email associated with KBT communications
- What you want deleted (all data or specific data)
- Any additional details to help us identify the records
To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request
Where legally permitted, we will delete or anonymize your personal data and communication records from our systems. Certain records may be retained if required for legal, tax, accounting, or audit obligations.
We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm when your request has been completed, or explain if legal retention obligations apply.
